It can be easy!

The beauty of our innate human diversity is that we can do only what we love and leave the rest to others. In a small family unit this philosophy would leave many toilets unclean and beds unmade but the larger the group the easier this is to accomplish.

Each of us is unique with our own talents, challenges, interests and experiences. When we require everyone within a group to be the same we create conflict, in the individuals and the group. It is extremely rare for someone to be a cookie cutter member of a group and tick all of the boxes. Yet many groups we are a part of insist on having a metric for inclusion (ie Woman= female, fertile, beautiful, graceful etc) so we feel alienated or we overcompensate so we do fit, lots of wasted effort on what does not serve society.

When we truly embrace our differences, both within a group and between groups, we tap into human potential never before seen on this planet. When we do not have to spend our energy conforming to the norm and can instead discover who we truly are as individuals; we have the most to give. From this space we, as individuals, are not in competition but cooperation because nobody can do my unique purpose because nobody is me.

As an individual there is something that you have to give that noone else can.

Yet for every role, that we as a group need, there are many individuals who can fulfill it.

Everyone is invited but we do not need everyone, only a group of authentic people doing what they love to do as individuals. As a group of such individuals we can accomplish a lot in a short amount of time because we are harnessing flow.

For flow to exist these three things need to be present in a single individual.

1) Be aware the tasks needs doing

2) Have the skills to accomplish the task

3) A desire (want) to do the task

Star spot: Where these 3 intersect FLOW happens and doing the task is it's own reward.

Spot A are people who are skilled and aware of the tasks but do not have a DESIRE to do the needed tasks. Our current system employees these people to create an external desire (the desire not to starve). This does not get the employer an employee who is in flow and contributing at their peak, only one willing to do the job for the given pay. You can not make up for a lack of desire to solve the problem. In the new system we utilize those that truly want to do the work and when that is not sufficient THEN we can incentivize externally to do the work that nobody who is skilled WANTS to do.

Spot B people are only lacking the knowledge to complete the task. These people in both current and future world both need education of some kind to gain the skills. The global cooperative system we are creating will train people for free so there is a surplus of people trained in any task they desire to learn. In the current system people pay large amounts of money, going into debt or spending their families life savings to gain knowledge in a field that might not be what they want to be doing. The pool of people with the skills may not actually WANT to be doing the job they have paid a lot of money to learn and this hurts the entire field of people with the same skill. Doctors can go into medicine because it is what will make them the most money or because they feel a calling to be healers. The former hurt doctors reputation and the later are hard to find in a sea of people there for the money.

Spot C is barely dealt with in our current economy and is a huge loss of potential human ingenuity. If we have people who are skilled to solve the problem and would even WANT to solve it but are not aware this particular problem exists, we as a society are lossing out. These are the exact people we need working on the issue, we just need to get these people to be aware a task needs doing and they will happily do the task (cause they want to and can). This problem is solved by focused advertising which is accomplished with technology.

We can break a large tasks into components so that people who enjoy THOSE components can do them. We can have members tell us what they want to be doing and send just THEM the request for tasks that meet their parameters. We can see where people are lacking skills only and train them to do the work they WANT to do.

A system where everyone is able to contribute in a way that calls to them and are empowered with the knowledge needed to feel confident in starting and gaining skills in a given field will tap into human potential never before witnessed on this scale.

It can be easy. Our diversity is our strength. We just need the technological infrastructure to empower collaboration on a massive and small scale. The tools to get organized. That is what we are creating TOGETHER.
